We at St. John believe that the Body of Christ is called to live in fellowship with one another, encouraging one another, supporting one another, and studying our Lord's Word together.  Because we each know how much forgiveness we have individually received, we are a community of people who rejoice in the gift of forgiveness and encourage each other to live in that gift.  Here are some of the ways we gather together here at St. John:

Parent Groups
  MOPS is a group of Mothers of Preschoolers who meet monthly to discuss parenting, encourage one another, anad share stories about their children and parenting experiences.  Meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month.  Email MOPS@stjohnfraser.org for more information.

Bible Classes
  Because we believe that the desire to study God's Word is a fruit of faith, we offer a variety of Bible Classes.  We offer multiple Sunday morning classes throughout the school year, as well as a unified class during the summer months.  We offer Inquirers' Class for those who are looking for more information about what we believe.  We also offer classes in a more informal setting, including a  LifeLight class and a Saturday Men's Breakfast. Service Opportunities
  Because we believe that the desire to serve is a fruit of faith, we offer many opportunities to help both the congregation at St. John as well as the community and world around us.  These opportunities include, LWML, the Ladies' Society, Cookie Ministry, Altar Guild, Ushers, Lutherans for Life, and others.  There are also many service opportunities available through school groups.  Contact the church office or school office for more information.

Social Events
  Because we value our Lord's gift of community, we at St. John take time each year to gather together and enjoy each other's company.  The events include our annual Fall FunFest, various Ice Cream Socials and Church Dinners, along with Family Game Nights and trips to a Tigers' game.  Check our Calendar to see what we'll be up to next!
