Our Sidebar that is open to the public has a menu full of unique bar food, all made from scratch that is sure to delight the foodie in anyone!
Infinity Hall and Sidebar is owned and operated by the Walsh Family of Fraser, Michigan. The Walsh Family has lived in the community since 1979 when they moved here from Dearborn, Michigan, after taking over the Faulmann and Walsh Funeral home in Fraser. Jim and Bette Walsh, along with their daughter Sara Walsh, have served many families with genuine compassion and with the utmost respect and professionalism.
Dustyn Porter (Executive Chef for Infinity Hall and Sidebar)- Dustyn Porter has been working in professional kitchens for nearly a decade, his knowledge ranges from classic French fine dining to a more modernistic food and beer pairings. He has created many menus that feature classic fine dining allure, as well as many consisting of his own creative culinary works. Porter grew up in rural Henderson, Michigan and is relatively new to the area. He hopes to make an impact on the culinary scene the Metro Detroit area offers, as proud Chef of Infinity Hall and Sidebar.
Rachel Antilla (Event Coordinator for Infinity Hall)- Rachel Antilla is orginally from the city of Roseville and recently moved back to the area after eight years. She has several years of experience in customer service, having managed in the retail business for many years prior to working in the restaurant industry for the past five. Rachel is happy to live and work once again near her hometown, and serve as the Event Coordinator of Infinity Hall.
